The farm began as a produce farm in 1976. The Stutzman Family purchased the farm and were looking for a way to begin paying off their debts. At the time, produce was the business to pursue and with two mortgages to pay, they dove right into the world of farming. Their produce operation soon evolved into a greenhouse business known as Lieder Berg Acres or "singing mountain." This thriving business serviced the western PA area with quality flowers that were sure to be top product! The Stutzman family eventually sold off the greenhouses and dove into the world of cattle. Around 2008, cattle were introduced to the farm as a means to continue to keep the farm thriving. Fast forward to 2019, Stutzman Livestock Company was created by Taylor Stutzman. Taylor continues to grow his cattle operation to service the Laurel Highlands with quality beef and pork products for all to enjoy!
